Sprucing up the blog

I have started to fix up the blog with big help from a friend and new admin epcpanda.So from now on if you want to join you have to have both of our approvals.Also I will have the rules/joining page up by tomorrow.And the territory's and rp pages.The pack pages will be fixed also.And sunbeam is ill her beta secora will be acting as alpha till she is better.
